CNS News reports that Moveon.org has "yanked" the Thanksgiving ad which they misidentified American soldiers by flashing a picture of British troops.
A spokesman with the U.S. Defense Department stated the fatigues and the meal containers do not match anything in service with the American military.
I checked and you can still view the ad on Moveon.org's website. Meanwhile, I checked out the press release for the ad and noted this section describing images of the British soldiers.
The British soldiers were probably forlorn because all the American soldiers were off eating turkey for Thanksgiving.
