With one day left before election day, the last poll of the NYC Mayoral campaign that I'll bring up has Republican Mayor Bloomberg up by 38 points over Democrat Fernando Ferrer (left). The lead includes a whopping 20 point lead among democrats (60-40).
Bloomberg now leads in all 5 boroughs after slipping by Ferrer in the Bronx (51-49).
“Mayor Bloomberg is poised for a win of historic proportions”
-Maurice Carroll, director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute
“The danger is that y'all have inflated [Bloomberg] into a zone of comfort that may come to haunt him by this time tomorrow.” - Al Sharpton on the media's treatment of this race. All polls have Bloomberg up by 30+ points.
