Ted To The Rescue?

The race for the White House ended when W reported for duty at the GOP convention. Since then, the Kerry campaign has been on life support. As the polls indicate, Kerry's outlook is about as bad as a trailer park in the path of Hurricane Ivan. Bush is even gaining ground in New York, trailing 47-44 (53-35 prior to RNC). Maybe my vote will count after all.

If you are a DNC staffer the past two days must have been like watching the movie Dumb and Dumber. Dumb is running ads that use the discredited 60 Minutes story on Bush's National Guard Service. Dumber would be the decision to haul in Ted Kennedy in a vain attempt to rescue the sinking campaign. Who is running this campaign? Karl Rove?

This Kerry campaign is quickly falling to the trash heap of electoral history as Hillary licks her chops for 2008. Speaking of Hillary. She was to head up the DNC Truth Squad in New York to counter the RNC and jumped ship on day 1. After failing in an attempt to pull the plug on Bill, she has been AWOL. Hillary is smart and doesn't want to be associated with this train wreck and it looks like a majority of Americans are doing the same.
